1 Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing a111.win, creating a player account, or using any service offered by a111, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

1.2 These Terms apply to all players accessing a111 services from any jurisdiction, including players based in Pakistan. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing a111 services is lawful in your jurisdiction before proceeding.

1.3 a111 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or account notification. Continued use of a111 services following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account with a111. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. a111 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where the age requirement is not satisfied, with any deposited funds returned.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using a111 services complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. a111 does not represent that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

2.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or email address. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each player may maintain only one registered account with a111. Operating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

2.5 KYC Verification. Before processing your first withdrawal, a111 requires completion of Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. This includes submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and may include additional verification steps. a111 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

3 Account Rules

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a111 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.

3.2 You must notify a111 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer account ownership or value is prohibited.

3.4 a111 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including where there is reason to believe the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner inconsistent with responsible gaming practices.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All transactions on a111 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. a111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. a111 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited to your a111 balance instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours. a111 is not liable for delays caused by the payment service provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and are processed within the timeframes stated on the Cashier page. a111 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Funds Security. Player funds held in a111 accounts are maintained separately from operational funds. a111 is not a financial institution; funds held in your account do not earn interest.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 a111 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the point of the offer.

5.2 a111 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed and wagering has commenced, the terms in effect at the time of claiming apply.

5.3 Bonus funds are for gaming purposes only and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

5.4 Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 All bets and wagers placed on a111 are final once confirmed. a111 will not void or reverse confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error or as specified in the applicable game or sport rules.

6.2 a111 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet and maximum winnings on any game or market. Maximum payout limits are stated on the relevant game or betting market pages.

6.3 In the event of a technical failure during a game session or betting event, a111 will follow the relevant game provider's standard recovery procedure. Where a round cannot be completed, bets may be refunded at a111's discretion.

6.4 All casino games on a111 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live physical mechanics (in the case of live dealer games). a111 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on a111 and will result in account suspension and/or permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false identity or age information;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods;
• Colluding with other players in poker or other competitive games;
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing or manipulation of any sporting event;
• Attempting to launder money or use a111 for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward a111 staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 a111 is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time controls, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion, all accessible from your account settings.

8.3 a111 does not permit the use of its services by persons who have self-excluded. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion (e.g., by creating a new account) are prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on a111.win — including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets, and the overall site design — is the property of a111 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use a111.win for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any a111 content without prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 a111 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a111 excludes all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

10.2 a111 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including any interruptions in service, technical errors, or third-party payment failures.

10.3 a111's total aggregate liability to any player under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Termination

11.1 You may close your a111 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to KYC requirements being satisfied) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

11.2 a111 may close your account immediately and without prior notice where there is evidence of fraud, breach of these Terms, or conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, a111 reserves the right to withhold any funds pending investigation.

12 Amendments to These Terms

12.1 a111 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, registered players will be notified by email or account notification. Your continued use of a111 services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a111 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence.
